  If you are going to contine to allow people to book online, let them know what's required in order to rent before they get there. It serves no justice to the customers as well as your sales associates when a customer (mainly new customers) gets there to find out that they not only don't have what is required but now can't rent the car at all. Your sales associates are the ones left to explain a policy that they probably don't even agree with. I get the policy but the bigger problem is getting down there after booking online and then finding out.
  
  I am thankful we have this review option that I should have read before hand. I feel better that I wasn't able to get the car due to the stories I've read. The lesson learned from the overall experience is don't make or change plans last minute on a tight schedule for you leave no room for all of the mistakes that will happen along the way. Secondly do not sign, invest and/or provide information for something or anyone unless you fully understand the terms and conditions of the situation. Third, I need to update my dating requirements because clearly I am not asking the right questions. Two Utility bills with no visible past due or late payments... ask that and your pickings will be much more precise and pristine. Technology is great but you can't hold a computer accountable for human error. Short answer, read the reviews and call first. Safe travels everyone.

  The staff is young and eager and that's a good thing. The car's exterior was scraped up a bit when I got it. The office is a sad sight. A converted fast food place, I believe. Must be a coincidence, but every time I'm in there the computer system is down or malfunctioning. Odd. I had my car serviced and had to rush to work. 'wish they could be at the dealership when I arrive there (scheduled in advance) rather than taking more time to drive back to their place. Not convenient at all.
